Each individual may register only one Account on c4444. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity documents, email addresses, payment methods or device profiles — are strictly prohibited. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and must keep your Account details up to date at all times. c4444 reserves the right to suspend any Account where false, incomplete or outdated information has been provided. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delayed withdrawals or permanent Account closure.
c4444 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering policies. You may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Withdrawals above threshold amounts will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify c4444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
c4444 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. c4444 support will never ask for your password via any communication channel. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
c4444 is not liable for losses resulting from a failure to maintain Account security on your part, including but not limited to weak passwords, sharing credentials, or logging in on shared devices.
c4444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved methods: JazzCash (minimum deposit Rs 200), Easypaisa (minimum deposit Rs 300), HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank / Bank Alfalah (minimum deposit Rs 1,000) and USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20, minimum 5 USDT equivalent). c4444 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for deposit on the same Account (the "source rule"), subject to the availability of that method for withdrawal. c4444 will process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. c4444 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal amounts above PKR 100,000 or USDT equivalent.
All transactions on c4444 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to transact in USDT, in which case USDT/PKR conversion will apply at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction as determined by c4444. c4444 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.
Deposits from accounts not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party accounts will be returned, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy applies to all payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfers.

Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the sport's governing body. c4444 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or delay settlement in circumstances where the integrity of an event is under investigation. PSL and Pakistan international cricket matches will be settled according to PCB official results.
c4444 reserves the right to apply maximum single-session or single-event payout limits. These limits are communicated within the relevant game or market information. Winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits will be paid at the maximum applicable limit only.

c4444's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PKR 500,000, whichever is the lesser.

You may close your c4444 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds not yet withdrawn) will be returned to your last verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
c4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, repeated bonus abuse, or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, c4444 will provide notice where permitted by applicable law.
c4444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of c4444 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which c4444 holds its operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and c4444 that cannot be resolved informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
For complaints, you should first contact c4444 support in writing. c4444 aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
